This stunning residence is perfectly positioned to offer breathtaking ocean views and easy access to the pristine sands below. You can even drive your car down to the water's edge.
Step inside to discover a versatile floor plan designed for luxurious living, with multiple living and entertaining areas. The spacious main living area upstairs opens onto a generous ocean terrace, where you can soak in the sun and enjoy the panoramic ocean views.
The functional kitchen is a chef's dream, with breakfast bar, custom cabinetry, and views that will inspire your culinary creations. The fully equipped kitchen boasts premium appliances, a dishwasher and microwave. Literally everything you'll need and more for perfect and easy meal preparation.
Accommodation is plentiful with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, including a generous master bedroom with, not only a private balcony in which to relax whilst watching the sun set over the ocean but also containing a walk-in dressing room and ensuite bathroom complete with sauna. The main features a luxurious king bed whilst bedroom 2 comprises a queen bed. The third features a pair of bunks, idea for 4 kids. Sleeping 8 in total.
All bed linen, pillows, toiletries, and towels are provided, so you can simply arrive and relax.
There's also a separate lounge with T.V. The perfect space for the kids to do kids things whilst the adults indulge in a local drop and BBQ on the balcony whilst watching some of the best ocean views SA has to offer.
Sellicks Beach is renowned for its clean waters, ideal for swimming, snorkelling, and fishing, with a boat ramp just a short drive away which also allows you to drive your car on the beach, and any car or van too, it's not reserved for just 4x4's. What a joy to pack a days' worth of food and beach gear into the car, the family aboard and drive along the pristine white sand until you find your own little piece of perfection by the waters edge.
